@CityofCT we've been without water for almost 2 months. A SR was logged on 08/12/2025 9121383291 which was closed on 13/01/2026 unresolved. Upon enquiry a new SR was opened by the CC Agent, who told me it would be prioritized 9121558985. We're still without water for basic needs

@CityofCT We are now 58 days without water. All we know is that the team that came on day 36 indicated on the system that it's not a water pressure issue, something needs to be replaced on the water metre. What we'd like to know is when we can expect to see water from our taps? PLEASE!
