@BMoemeni I read an article about how industrialisation (aka modern slavery) has created sleep disorders that never existed. People aren’t meant to sleep 8 hrs at once, we used to sleep in 2 four hr blocks (“1st & 2nd sleep”), but bc of 12 hr work days, sleep is now unnaturally condensed.
