@gregcello@X Oh, I much prefer the scroll style. No more Twitter deciding how my photos should be cropped. I'm just sad it hasn't rolled out for desktop yet.
@OldHollowTree Not to be that person, but the all-out pro and all-out anti-AI/data center people are driving me nuts. It would be nice if we could have reasonable conversations about it, but noooo.
@badbake_offgrid@KJP When I was a kid, I got to see a working replica of either the NiΓ±a, Pinta, or Santa Maria (I can't remember which one; I would have to ask my mom). My memories of it are vague, but I do remember thinking it was incredible that people were still sailing something like that today.
I see a lot of nostalgia slop about movies making the rounds these days, so let me clear some things up.
The problem isn't digital cameras. Modern digital camera systems exceeded what film was capable of years ago. The problem is the creative decisions being made by studios.
@BenSargeant2@KyleClark Debates are fine, but he only seems to care about a debate when the person he thought would win is close to losing. That's what sticks out. I guess I'm a cynic for thinking it's not because he's suddenly reflective and altruistic, but because he has an agenda.
I messed up badly. Had I known the CO SEN Dem primary would be remotely this close, I wouldβve attempted to organize a debate and covered the race differently.
Hazy summer days captured in gathered white muslin that has been printed with a pattern of swaying blue and green leaves. Not our idea of a July wardrobe but I appreciate the #1860s aesthetic all the same @Fashion_Museum#FashionHistory
