@JoyanneHawkins Yes, the total count remains the same, say it shows 10, but you can only see 3 reviews on the GBP.
Most of our deleted reviews were also posted about a week and 2 weeks ago
@gmail why would a machine ask me to verify my email that I am not a robot. While I input as many and new numbers as possible, it says, that number cannot be used for verification. What do I do?
@GoogleMyBiz As always just a generic reply and takes forever for a case number to get attended to. Check the very many complaints on your GMP community forum
@GoogleMyBiz Your AI is missing up small business reviews. How can a restaurant go 3 months without a single review posted (positive/negative) while it's operational? Fix the algo
@GoogleSmallBiz Honestly have you looked at your Google Business Profile Community complaints regarding reviews not getting published? You are flag genuine reviews. Lots of complaints. Your AI and algorithm is way off on this @GoogleMyBiz@searchliaison
Does anyone know the reason why African countries don't have the 'Not Posted' feature for reviews that aren't successfully posted on GBP.
@rustybrick@JoyanneHawkins@DarrenShaw_
@GoogleMyBiz Joy, when someone appeals for a review that was deleted and they get it reinstated after a manual assesment, what did it do in the first place to get deleted? False positive? So how many reviews have gone the false positive way?
@GoogleMyBiz@IvanManaReal Google AI and algo makes it even harder to post reviews. It's been 3 months, can't post reviews, upload photos or edit anything on maps. You tell them, they say it's against their policy, for Christ's sake, how does a rating only violate google policy? Makes it harder to use maps
@JoyanneHawkins@YBWebMarketing@DarrenShaw_ So they are aware and it's intentional!! Hopefully they realize that they are hurting small business owners that rely on reviews. Thanks for confirming this Joy. If this is ever resolved by Google, I will let you know.
@YBWebMarketing@MakeItHappe_n@DarrenShaw_ They definitely are very aware of reviews not publishing - it's intentional. The reviews that aren't publishing are ones they think are spam. The filter is FAR from perfect, but apparently does filter out a ton of fake reviews.
@JoyanneHawkins Can’t upload images consistently on posts and about a billion real reviews are unaccounted for, but by all means let’s make sure cat cafes can be found easier. #Priorities
@SEOarbitrageur @JohnMu There are a lot of complaints on Google Business Community Forums regarding Missing Reviews but it hasn't been addressed yet. These are small businesses, reviews means a lot to them. HEEEELLLP
@SEOarbitrageur @JohnMu I manage lots of GMB for clients. Since the core update, we have just been losing reviews. They just disappear & some clients lost as much as 130 reviews. They believe I had something to do with it. Getting in touch with someone at Google is impossible.
@SEOarbitrageur @JohnMu Can Google sort out their false positive algo thing? It's really tiresome asking for google product experts to help reinstate each review we receive. @Google@GoogleMyBiz@JohnMu@searchliaison
@SEOarbitrageur @JohnMu All I get are generic answers that the reviews have violated Google policy, but in reality, none did. I have posted on the Google Community Forum for help, but nothing forthcoming. Just a few were reinstated.
No review gets posted of late. Nomatter what we do. We are tired
