Back to music...
Lots of chat with musicians in the last few days about how Spotify doesn't pay enough.
About how they can't make a living because streaming royalties are so low.
Well, that's bollocks.
Here's why.

I built an AI system that automates product video creation for entire e-commerce catalogs.
(Saves ~$30K per collection shoot and boosts on-site conversion rates by ~20%)
Here’s how the automation actually works:
→ Firecrawl scrapes product images directly from any e-commerce collection page
→ Google’s Veo 3.1 generates realistic model videos showing fit, movement, and drape
→ Each video begins and ends on the original product image for perfect looping
→ Videos are auto-named, organized, and stored in Google Drive
→ Everything runs in batch—no manual work while it processes
The result: fashion brands can showcase every SKU with video, not just hero products—and engagement jumps immediately.
Static product photos aren’t enough anymore.
Shoppers want to see how clothes move before they buy.
If you want the full blueprint, do this:

2️⃣ Follow me (so I can DM you)
3️⃣ Comment “FIT”
I’ll send you the full n8n workflow, all prompts, and a step-by-step setup video—for free.
No more $30K shoots.
No more guessing if your product pages convert.
This type of video animation for a gut supplement ad would normally cost $500 from your ad agency.
I built it in 20 minutes for $10 with this AI system.
Here's exactly how I did it:
→ Ad scripting in Claude
→ Image generation of digestion track with Fabric
→ Image to video animation with Fabric
→ Talking head UGC avatar with Fabric
→ Edit all clips together & ad captions with CapCut
With this tool + system, I can generate 12 variations of this ad concept in an afternoon and be testing all of them by tomorrow morning.
By the end of the week, I can see which is driving highest ROAS, and then iterate on the winners again.
In a month, I will have tested hundreds of high quality video concepts across dozens of personas.
This is how you scale eComm in 2025 and beyond.
Those who don't learn how to do this will fall behind and be outcompeted by competitors who do who can outbid you on facebook.
If you want access to all the prompts and the tool I used to build this ad:
Like, RT, and comment "FABRIC", and I'll dm it to you.
(must be following so I can dm)
There’s a proven, two-process approach to building an audience on Spotify:
1. Get in good playlists.
2. Run good ads.
Combining the two turbocharges the results.
In other words, you'd be an idiot to release a body of work into a vacuum.
You need to know that there's an audience waiting on your next release.
So focus first on finding that audience, however small it might be.
As a DIY musician looking to build a sustainable career, you need to focus on the actions that will have the biggest effect and do them in the right order.
You might think that releasing an album that you've spent a year writing and recording is your priority, but you'd be wrong
How do you do that?
2 options:
1. Release single tracks on streaming platforms until you find the stuff that sticks (with your promo efforts in full swing every time).
or
2. Give away proven material to grow an email list of people who like what you do

If this is new to you, you're welcome...
I recently read about an artist who:
• Is reportedly worth $150M
• Has a higher net worth than Adele
• Sold more records than One Direction
• Only left her house 2x in the last decade
Her story is intriguing, let’s see if you know who I’m talking about:
If you plan on creating a new habit next year or learning a new skill...
....do it every day for at least the minimum time necessary.
More importantly, if you mess up and miss a day, don't think it's over.
You didn't fail.
BUT, don't miss twice!
