Ok, apparently there is a different, not compatible hardware version. I could get hold of one, we will look into also supporting this hardware. If the pick gives you an IP ending with .2 it should work. If you get a .100 it curently does not work.

@MAYERMAKES hm... did it give you the 192.168.169.2? You might also have to disalbe firewall depending on your system (we send a packet on port 1234 to open it but this trick might not work on every system)
