And it’s not like you HAVE to wear a 😷 nonstop to get real benefit from it. Even if you only wear one some of the time - taking it off to eat and drink, for example - it all adds up. The less time you spend breathing unfiltered public air, the less risk of getting sick.
Actually I haven’t been sick at all in over 6 years at this point, which in and of itself has been more than sufficient motivation to keep wearing a 😷 in public indefinitely.
I do NOT miss waking up with the aches and sore throat that tell you you’re about to have a bad week.
Zimi 8210 being my favorite respirator I’ve ever worn, btw.
It’s SO COMFORTABLE (because the inner surface is a satiny soft springy material), it looks sleek, it passes PortaCount tests, it even smells nice, it doesn’t give me maskne, and it’s CHEAP!!! $1.30/filter!!!!!!!!
Me. I’ve never had Covid. And I’ve never stopped wearing a 😷.
🤷🏻♀️
Not sure why people are pretending it’s a mystery. The virus is airborne; when you filter air, you intercept those airborne viruses. A well-fitted electrostatic filter respirator is nearly perfect at doing that.
Republicans are standing next to signs saying Democrats were “trans-ing the mice” because they don’t want people to realize they’re talking about transgenic mice—genetically modified mice used in lifesaving medical research on cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and neurological disorders. People could die because Republicans saw that important medical research has the word “trans” in it.
Not only can you 100% communicate your vision in stick figures (I have!!) but, since AI is *definitionally* plagiaristic, even if you “only” use AI to storyboard you’ll be establishing/guiding your film’s visual language with stolen/unoriginal ideas. VISUALIZE YOUR OWN MOVIE FFS
This is not a joke: kill the ocean, and our species along with most of the rest are gone. Most oxygen production happens in the ocean. And it drives our climate.
If LC and ME/CFS are due to the brain being "stuck in a feedback loop of fight or flight," then why are we not allowed to give blood? Why does our blood damage muscle tissue that's exposed to it? (See study👇🏼)
Maybe it’s Maybelline. Maybe it’s fucking mitochondrial damage.
“The Black cop could be a large factor in preventing our genocide. But no help can be expected from that quarter. The same stupidity and desperation that brought him to the gates prevents him from interceding.”
-George Jackson
right, ppl really don’t understand how often the creepy guy WANTS your discomfort. the fact that you -don’t- want to talk to him, that you’re ignoring him, or trying to get out of the convo, is -why- he’s doing it. there’s no correct way out of the interaction he’s -demanding-

Imagine blowing 30 years of search engine dominance—so much so that your website became a verb—only to kill your search engine in favor of a inferior product only tech bros and their sycophants like.
