My question is does my car still have the old windows mechanism? Why are they failing to fix the problem? This Is a brand new car and it is being repaired as if it is a used car!! NO MORE AUDI!!! @audisouthafrica @Audi @AudiOfficial

Had and having a very disappointing experience with the brand new 2018 Audi Q5. The car is less than a year but has been to the dealer more than 4 times because the windows mechanism keeps failing. @audisouthafrica

I have contacted @audisouthafrica to Inform them of my challenges and they said to me there is nothing wrong with the car 😨😨😨. I fail to understand how a less than a year brand new vehicle is being repaired every second month for the same thing and it is called nothing!
