But deeply disturbed at the breach of trust that Ladakh witnessed from the Home Ministry. This disrespect for written manifestos will set the worst precedence in the nation.
Already India ranks at a dismal 93rd position in honesty acc.Transparency International.
Interestingly the countries that are at he top of the Transparency ranking are also at the top of the per capita income ranking... What does this imply! Where are our politicians leading us to?

प्राचीनकाल में नर्मदा नदी ने बहुत वर्षों तक तपस्या करके ब्रह्माजी को प्रसन्न किया। प्रसन्न होकर ब्रह्माजी ने वर मांगने को कहा। नर्मदाजी ने कहा‌:- ’ब्रह्मा जी! यदि आप मुझ पर प्रसन्न हैं तो मुझे गंगाजी के समान कर दीजिए। ब्रह्माजी ने मुस्कराते हुए कहा - ’यदि कोई दूसरा देवता भगवान शिव की बराबरी कर ले, कोई दूसरा पुरुष भगवान विष्णु के समान हो जाए, कोई दूसरी नारी पार्वतीजी की समानता कर ले और कोई दूसरी नगरी काशीपुरी की बराबरी कर सके तो कोई दूसरी नदी भी गंगा के समान हो सकती है।ब्रह्माजी की बात सुनकर नर्मदा उनके वरदान का त्याग करके काशी चली गयीं और वहां पिलपिलातीर्थ में शिवलिंग की स्थापना करके तप करने लगीं।
भगवान शंकर उनपर बहुत प्रसन्न हुए और वर मांगने के लिए कहा। नर्मदा ने कहा - ’भगवन्! तुच्छ वर मांगने से क्या लाभ...? बस आपके चरणकमलों में मेरी भक्ति बनी रहे। नर्मदा की बात सुनकर भगवान शंकर बहुत प्रसन्न हो गए और बोले - ’नर्मदे! तुम्हारे तट पर जितने भी प्रस्तरखण्ड (पत्थर) हैं, वे सब मेरे वर से शिवलिंगरूप हो जाएंगे। गंगा में स्नान करने पर शीघ्र ही पाप का नाश होता है, यमुना सात दिन के स्नान से और सरस्वती तीन दिन के स्नान से सब पापों का नाश करती हैं परन्तु तुम दर्शनमात्र से सम्पूर्ण पापों का निवारण करने वाली होगी। तुमने जो नर्मदेश्वर शिवलिंग की स्थापना की है, वह पुण्य और मोक्ष देने वाला होगा। भगवान शंकर उसी शिवलिंग में लीन हो गए। इतनी पवित्रता पाकर नर्मदा भी प्रसन्न हो गयीं। इसलिए कहा जाता है ‘नर्मदा का हर कंकर शिव शंकर है..

इसकी चर्चा मैं इसलिए छेड़ रहे है कि चंद्रयान-3 के कल की सफल लैंडिंग के बाद ISRO और इसके वैज्ञानिकों की पलभर की हौसला अफजाई के बाद राजनीतिक श्रेय लेने की जो बेशर्म होड़ मची है, उस पर विराम लग सके वैसे राजनीति है तो बेशर्म तो होगी ही

भारत इस अभियान में कब का सफल हो जाता यदि प्रसिद्ध वैज्ञानिक और तत्कालीन ISRO वैज्ञानिक(1994)
नंबी नारायण को तत्कालीन सरकार ने झूठे जासूसी के केस में फंसाकर जेल में न डाला होता। क्रायोजेनिक इंजन की जिज्ञासा लिए जब वैज्ञानिक इस दिशा में कदम बढ़ा रहे थे तो तत्कालीन केरल की कांग्रेस सरकार ने अमेरिकी प्रभाव में आकर उनके कदमों में बेड़ियाँ जड़ दीं। 50-60 दिनों की यातनापूर्ण कैद में रखा और बाद में सिद्ध क्या हुआ कि उन पर लगाए गए सारे आरोप पूर्णत: झूठे थे। किंतु उसके बाद भारत के सभी वैज्ञानिकों की एक के बाद एक संदेहास्पद स्थिति में मौत हो गई और कुछ का अपहरण हो गया जिनका आज तक कुछ पता न चल सका

1995 से 2013 का दौर में हमारे सभी वैज्ञानिक षडयंत्र के तहत मार दिए गए, उनके परिवार के सदस्य भी गायब कर दिए गए ताकि कहीं से कोई आवाज न उठे

इसके बावजूद भी आज भारत और ISRO की इस उपलब्धि से नंबी नारायण खुश हैं क्योंकि आज की सरकार का हर संभव समर्थन ISRO के साथ है..!!
