No new builds -> price goes up -> gets too expensive -> Calgary stagnant in last 5-10 years (2035) -> ON people move to Calgary again.

If that isn’t enough to run the country (too large for example) sell parts of it.

I would be open for consumption tax as well for another 5%.

And top 5% another 20%.
And 40% of lowest incomes are tax negative.

Isn’t 20% enough from the top dogs ?
