Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine has killed over 650 Ukrainian athletes and coaches. Hundreds of Ukrainian athletes will never again take part in international competitions because of Russia.

Russian attacks destroyed more than 800 sports facilities, including over 20 Olympic, Paralympic, and Deaflympic training centres.

The memory of the fallen and the documented crimes committed against Ukraine and its athletes must not be forgotten or silenced.

I am a Ukrainian Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. I have a question. 

Why has Trump's year of negotiations been the deadliest for civilians in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion? The number of deaths and injuries has increased by 31 percent compared to the previous year.
Why did Putin not allow himself such brutal strikes on civilian infrastructure under Biden, whom Trump calls “weak,” but totally destroys peaceful cities and disregards the “strong Trump”?

This is a book depositary in Kyiv where @PenUkraine keeps the books (in Ukrainian and English) which we transport to the Ukrainian local libraries in the frontline areas. The depository was damaged during last night’s huge Russian strike on Kyiv.

We get books from lots of sources - organizations, publishing houses, private donations, Book Aid international etc. We carry them ourselves, in our minivans, across Ukraine, and during these trips prominent Ukrainian and international writers and journalists talk in local libraries about books, literature, humanity, empathy. We have made dozens of such trips since 2022, and I myself, jointly with my wife, my friends and colleagues, often drive these minivans

Russians instead destroy everything they can. They don’t care.

Our colleagues spent their last seconds alive helping - sorting parcels with medicine and humanitarian aid for the civilian suffering from the war. The russia destroyed a civilian building and should be convicted of war crimes. Please, spread the word #RussiaIsATerroristState
