The fountain scene is a gathering of those for Spock who is dying, Yor (the time soldier from discovery) has brought Kirk from prime timeline to Kelvin timeline at the moment of Spocks death so he can be with him.

Black Sails releasing on Netflix was perfect timing with the Brixham Pirate Festival being on here in the UK. The redcoat costumes got another 4 days out of the bag & the public loved them.
Its estimated over 70000 people came to the festival from all over the world.
