@essexhighways Closing the entire A12 from Boreham and then completely stopping Diversion signs cost me my mental health and an hour added to my journey this evening. Dark Country lanes, not knowing if I’m going the right way or not was bloody scary. Do better.

@Gatwick_Airport Landed over an hour and a half ago and still waiting for baggage. 12 hour flight, young children, elderly passengers. No communication. Absolute joke.

@RogersHistory 100% agree with this. Parents empower their kids in the wrong ways and we have to deal with the consequences. Never would i question my children’s teachers and belittle them - regular occurrence now. Spend more time justifying sanctions to parents than ever before.

@Ripleydog73 @thetimes Parents need to be parents and not their friends- kids are not raised with discipline-a line they know they cannot cross. How many parents are monitoring social media, giving curfews, shutting down WIFI, have parental restrictions on devices? You only need to talk to them to know

@heathrow total incompetence with baggage reclaim this morning. Entire flight waiting over one hour for luggage. 17 hours travelling, young families, taxis waiting outside. #ridiculous
