3.5 million views in the last 30 days FULLY automated with AI
The last month I've been experimenting with AI organic content, and how it compares to humans in terms of cost, time invested and performance
I see a lot of people on this app talking about how they're automating their organic marketing with AI - for the most part I think it's the wrong approach.
Automating your content ONLY works if you fully understand both what content works for your brand and the exact creative process
The first step to automating anything - not just content - is to understand everything about what it is you're automating. It's very difficult to automate something you don't understand
If you haven't gone viral, do not try and automate your content. You will fail. You will not learn anything, and you'll just contribute to the abundance of slop on social media
In a lot of cases, humans are underrated. Especially when it comes to creative tasks. AI lacks taste, and it's very difficult to teach ai what goes viral and why - mainly bc it's not a human, and so it's difficult for it to understand what a human responds too. So for the experimentation phase of content, 9 times out of 10 humans are by far your best bet
AI automation becomes relevant when you have DIALED IN the exact content that goes viral to a T. AI needs definitive frameworks for it to produce a good result.
The content that has gone viral here was first proven by humans with 10s of millions of views. I made the decision to automate it with AI to save cost, and also because it was a very simple, scalable and replicable format
Faceless content is much more suited to AI.
Soon, AI will be at a level where it can successfully do talking head that is indistinguishable from human content. I personally feel it's not quite there yet for organic. There ARE ways to do it, but it's much harder.
Slideshows are very very ai friendly; you create a template, a very detailed prompt on how to write good content, and have a good agent that allocates the hook and topic.
The actual distribution side is still the hardest and most expensive bottleneck. You can generate 100s of good posts a day with the right system - but the difficult part is posting them. I've been using both a combination of doublespeed ai by @rareZuhair and ugc inc by @aidancoding
Right now my human team is still doing a lot more views than AI, but I think the automation can very easily get to 15mil+ views/mo soon
We just crossed 1000 active paying users

Genuinely can't think of anything I'd rather be working on than this
Building something that actually helps people and society as a whole is the ultimate fuel
Success can be boiled down to three factors...
Persistence
Consistency
Confidence
If you have all three PLUS the vision, then success is no longer a matter of if, but when
