However, if this character is proposing a fork which you disagree with, does Binance then step away and delist then?

@mjgreeninc @TimR614 @brian_armstrong @coinbase Perhaps being a regulated exchange in the US, they can't issue out the SGB token yet until there is regulatory clarity. In regards to regulations, they're might be under NDA's about them so they can't say anything about SGB and why they haven't released it yet. Just my 2 cents
