Becoming blatantly obvious a select group of Premier League clubs have created a system of paying inflated fees to one another to bypass PL/UEFA's financial rules.

It has been happening for years & in the normal world would be fraud, but in football? It's just another day.

Aston Villa & Chelsea conveniently end up doing deals on Morgan Rogers, Alejandro Garnacho & now Nicolas Jackson that benefit all parties. Isn't that interesting?

Chelsea put Liam Delap in the bomb squad, somehow profit on him to Nottingham Forest. City flops Savio & Omar Marmoush go to Spurs for close £150m.

These particular clubs are consistently able to work out how to sell players for a profit when there is no feasible explanation as to why this has happened.

Nothing dodgy going on behind the scenes at all. Please tell me more about the Red Cartel though.

The English Premier League has 20 teams. Out of these 20 teams, only 2 make profits on deadwood players year after year. Coincidentally, these two clubs have been charged with 115 and 74 cases related to historical financial and regulatory breaches.

Alejandro Garnacho was an Argentinian international when he left Manchester United for 40m. 12 months later he is no longer an Argentinian international, he scored a total of 1 PL goal and yet he gets sold for a profit. How?

If City sign Ayyoub Bouaddi & Enzo Fernandez, they will have signed 20 players for a whopping £849.8m since January 2025.

Not only that, somehow they manage to sell failed signings like Trafford & Reijnders for profit despite only joining a year ago.

Considering they are accused of paying players & managers off the books, it's not a stretch to believe they do the same with clubs.

This is all while they have the greatest cheating scandal in English football history hanging over them with 115/130 charges pending.

Saints kicked out of playoffs, deducted 4 points and now awaiting a probable ban for our manager…for watching a training session. There’s no big club bias though.

There’s no use believing otherwise because they’re too weak-minded to provide the outcome that’s needed for change.

The reason the Appeal Board decided Chelsea did not gain a sporting advantage is because the FA did not prove it.

But the FA explicitly chose not to even try and prove it. They worked out a sweetheart deal with Chelsea in advance instead.

That corrupts the intended process.

Between 2011 & 2018, third party entities made twelve payments totalling approximately £47.5m. These were made with the knowledge & approval of Chelsea, using funds linked to Roman Abramovich.

For Eden Hazard, Kenedy, Ramires, David Luiz, André Schürrle & Nemanja Matić, the club paid £23.1m was paid to seven unregistered agents & associates using Abramovich's funds & never reported in their filings.

With Samuel Eto’o & Willian, both signed from Anzhi Makhachkala, a company made payments totalling €24m to two British Virgin Islands registered companies, the recipients were associated with Anzhi.

Total major trophies in the period: 14
- 3x Premier League
- 3x FA Cup
- 1x League Cup
- 2x UEFA Champions League
- 2x UEFA Europa League
- 1x UEFA Super Cup
- 1x FIFA Club World Cup

In the time these breaches occurred, Chelsea's yearly annual revenue was between £261m-£445m, winning between £700m-£800m in prize money. £10m is a pathetic 'punishment', it is a rounding error.

Clubs may as well cheat if this is the slap on the wrist.

We can dress this up how we like but it is quite clearly a systematic two tier policing of these rules.

You have the top 6 in this scenario where they’ve been charged with 74 cases of wrongdoing and hit with a financial penalty which is beyond futile due to their wealth. You then have Everton and Forest who were handed sporting sanctions of the deduction of points.

Forest and Everton were in breach of the rules and I accept they are easier to pursue and prove wrongdoing over a financial period. Chelsea have now been found guilty and the charges are far, far worse and almost bring the game into disrepute.

People have issues with FIFA, while the FA in conjunction with the PL argued that Chelsea gained — no — sporting advantage from signing Eden Hazard. Or at least that none could be “proven”.

The reason seems clear to me — the PL is its 20 clubs, at any given time.

The message from the majority of those 20 clubs have been clear, don’t enforce the rules.

Why is the City case taking so long? Nobody will want it to see the day of light. It will be a slap on the wrist.
