Trump: It's called a cog-a-nit-ta-tive test. Very tough. There are few people in this audience — once you get past the first question, they show you a lion, a bear, a giraffe and a snake. And they say, which one is the lion?

By the time to get to the middle, they are hard. By the end, you have to be very smart. Like take a number, any number. Triple it. Divide by four. Add 37. Add 293. Subtract 12. Multiply by two. Divide by three. What is your number? I got it right. Nobody gets it right. They don't tell you about that.

Or they give you five words — no one up there can do any of those things. They give you five words, and you don't know what they are doing. At the end of the test, a half-hour later, they do it again. You don't know that. Five words. Hat, hair logo, white, black. Please repeat them. Hat, hair, logo, white, black. You got it right.

They go, holy shit. Nobody can do that. Very few people could do that.

These numbers do not make any sense.

*Cumulative* inflation under Biden, the total increase in prices over four years, was 21%. But there's no equivalent "1.7%" for the Trump era. Cumulative inflation so far this term is 5.4% *over 20 months.*

Year-over-year inflation peaked at 9.1% under Biden in June 2022, not 19%, and it had fallen to 2.9% in Dec. 2024 and 3.0% in Jan. 2025, the month Trump was sworn back in. It was 3.4% in July 2026, 3.4% in August 2026 and 3.7% in Sept. 2026.

BREAKING: OMG. Trump tells a guy at his rally that he "looks like shit" and then brags that if the guy has a heart attack, the presidential doctors will just let him die.

Dementia really does remove your verbal filter...

"Every time I do a physical, I take a mental test and I've aced it. Where's my doctors? You're right. I travel with more doctors than any human being," Trump said at a rally in Arizona.

As has been explained ad nauseam by countless outlets, including this one, you can't "ace" one of these tests. They're administered to check for cognitive problems and the fact that Trump is constantly taking them is not normal.

"If people get sick in the audience, they don't— They leave them alone. You know what they call them? Collateral damage," Trump continued, fantasizing about his own supporters dying to their faces.

"If that person right over there, a friend of mine, he looks like shit, actually," Trump said, pointing to someone in the audience. "He looks like he's ready to have a heart attack. If he actually had a heart attack, you know what my doctors would do? They'd follow the president, all presidents— They would leave him alone. I'd say, please help him. No, sir, we can't leave your side. I said, but he's dying of a heart attack! Sir, he's collateral damage. Can you believe it? They got like six ambulances and they won't use one for anybody else. Anyway..."

There are two forces colliding here. The first is Trump's obvious dementia. The man displays less and less control over his own mouth every time he gets up to a microphone, a common symptom in people suffering cognitive decline. The second is that he despises his own supporters and fetishizes his own power. He loves the idea that he has doctors committed to his own health who would refuse to save a bystander, even to save their life. It makes him feel big.

That said, we have zero sympathy for the man that Trump publicly mocked. At this point, if you still support this rotting pedophile, you're just begging to get humiliated.
