@oelma__ Happened to me in Keswick market square. I was speechless as my mind was somewhere else. I replied coolly “ Don’t come here if you don’t like dogs”. I hadn’t realised their feelings about dogs but I do know anyone who has a history of abusing animals need to be closely watched
