Also, I'd think the words of Matthew 5: 43-44 would be a fairly obvious starting point for where he ignores God's word.

And as for his actions, Matthew 25: 31-46 would also be worth some analysis.

And even then, those districts would also effectively have to be almost 100% red to get anywhere close to 3 seats.

For example, how can you gerrymander the one seat that Vermont & Delaware have? And for HI, NH, ME and RI with two seats, how do you propose the state is divided?
