I ordered a “Business Class” product so I can conduct my business. So far, here’s what I get:

- No support
- No communication on downtime
- Service interruptions in bad weather
- Service interruptions in good weather
- No update on the App
- No text messages even tho I signed up

@Facebook I have a family member with parkinson's. Due to this, they hit the call button routinely in error on our family chat. Can you add in an option to make a confirm button when making calls from messenger on mobile?
