@AmazonHelp That's unfortunate Teri, I have gone above and beyond what most people would do. I will leave it on the doorstep for the foreseeable future until a) someone collect it or b) someone else takes it. Alternatively you can speak with colleagues and DM me a royal mail barcode.

@AmazonHelp I've come home to find an Amazon package on my doorstep. Its not mine nor is it even the correct delivery address so your driver has made an error. I have left it on the doorstep as it's nothing to do with me and I do not want it in my home. Please advise what to do.

@AmazonHelp I see. Can you raise with the relevant team and then send it via here? As I say, I've not accepted the parcel so I'm not liable. I'm trying to do the right thing but as you can appreciate there's only so much effort I'm willing to make when in reality it's your drivers fault.
