@MrWithersAHT I was a 23 NQT in art who couldn’t get a job so took a textiles tech job but had no skills! No projectors, you had to make boards for all your lessons. Ofsted came in my 2nd week. Luckily there was an RQT Res Mat teacher who supported me, we’ve now been married 10 yrs!
