And if you’re reading this I hope you know that there’s so much to be thankful for. Life is good, like a bed of roses. Wading through it, the thorns would bleed you but you’d still have such an amazing view to look at if you take a minute to pause and stare.
Most habit trackers die around week 2.
Not because you lack discipline — because they never show you why you're slipping, or what to do about it.

I have so much emotions now I can’t even begin - to have your career aspirations acknowledged, and having someone tell you that they can see you doing it…. Feels so empowering and so seen. Like it wasn’t just wishful thinking, I have what it takes.
You know what’s hard to do? Trusting the process and trusting you’re where you need to be. Can’t seem to identify how I feel now… everything feels wrong yet I feel I’m where I needed to be. What’s my story?
Doing this at 6 am was a win. Trying to exercise early daily to free up my time in the evening. Don’t underestimate Nicole’s workout cuz she makes you question your fitness 😂

Reality of growing up is suddenly realising the things that used to make you happy probably has run its course. It no longer does its wonder as it used to. It quickly became a norm and now you need something else to fill up that gap.
Waking up earlier to do some yoga has always been a challenge especially if I haven’t done it in a long time. Glad I made it and it’s time to rebuild this habit.
