@illinipassports 3. Its become cliche to say but football is better suited toward the modern short attention span brain than baseball is. A "boring" football game is a 13-6 defensive slug fest. A 2-1 pitchers duel like tonight's game is baseball at its finest, but considered slow by casual fans

@illinipassports MLB does not revenue share as much and as a result has become much more of a regional sport relying on local interest.

2. Fantasy Football, survivor pools, pick em, etc has become so much larger than anything baseball has to offer in that department.

@RadioMoser Everyone has been freaking out because it doesnt look pretty. Most broncos fans would have taken 4-2 or 3-3 through these first six weeks. Either outcome is guaranteed. It was a tough schedule to start. Plenty of time to get fat after thursday

@TomFornelli This would be so good for baseball. Make it more of a regional sport. Most Rivalries would stay intact, while new geographically natural ones would form. Feels almost like the old power 5 college conferences before they got all out of whack.

@timotheeology You often blanket this to apply to all wives, where the translations you are quoting are clearly stating mothers. I think there's an important distinction. Wives unable to have children or wives with grown children would be a clear exception
