Our shed is now looking like a true workshop. We are stocked and loaded with power, bench and hand tools, work benches, an IT suite, chill out area and most importantly A LOT of wood and materials to suit all projects. Now is the perfect time to join us & bring ideas to life!

We have moved my 2nd #LaserCutter over to @MalletMens Men's Shed in Shepton Mallet to increase production for the craft fairs & markets running up to Christmas. We have also just acquired a bunch of exotic, rare and unusual timber. It's going to be a busy 7 weeks!! #MensShed

We are really lucky to have local craftsman Stephen Stokes of Bodden Cross Studio at our shed giving practical lessons on woodturning & engraving. Members have been having a blast getting to grips with our wood lathe and learning how to turn blocks of wood into beautiful things

@ModellersUnited We also have a boat kit (Bismark) currently being built by one of our members. A long way from being as beautiful as your's, but it will get there... #MenSheds provide excellent places to work on such projects. The laser cutter coming in to our workshop this week will help!

Laser cut keyrings were a hit with members this week! Exciting news that we will are installing a laser cutter & other equipment in our little upstairs #HackSpace area over week & will be doing lessons with members on how to create designs then cut & engrave them! #MensShed
