The need to be proven right in arguments and discussions shuts you out of learning and correct your self. So remind yourself each time that you are better off being wrong and learning something new instead of winning temporarily
Our beliefs decide what data we observe & Capture. We make assumptions, draw conclusions, and take actions based on our beliefs and the data. When we fail we try to modify the algorithm of the action but not the deeply ingrained assumptions where the problem is
located. #DESMDM
Do not try to make everything that is possible in every Deal you are making. Let the other parties make something too, because if you build an image of taking everything, you won't have many deals.#DESMDM
Mindset shift from "Profit" to "Purpose", "Hierarchies" to "Networks", "Controlling" to "Empowering", and "Privacy" to "Transparency" is the key to real transformation to happen. These behavioral constructs play an important role to nurture the change #DESMDM
Continuous organizational transformation, where change will become a constant, is superior than change management with a defined end goal- executed like a project. Transformation is not about having a set goal. rather , the result is created and shaped through learning. #DESMDM

I worked with HP & Huawei. HP gives freedom with no/few processes. Huawei made processes for every tiny task. We were more productive in HP than in Huawei. I think Huawei failed to blend multiple mindsets into a cohesive behavior where as the HP got it with simple trust #DESMDM
@malhotra_daleep Smart and quick Surveys could reveal the real motivation of the candidate. It is a true challenge for the small to medium sized companies to retain the talent. You can make a strong (o) by setting long term benefits like ESOP etc. #DESMDM
@sreedhari_desai Very True. Most of the decisions are based on the belief structure already formed. If something goes wrong, we revisit the top level process of doing it instead of the actual belief. The Failure cause could be in the belief system #DESMDM
