ସରକାରଙ୍କର ବହୁମୁଖୀ ଆୟୁଷ ଯୋଜନା ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପାଖରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଡାକ୍ତର ଓ ଆଶାକର୍ମୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ��ିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଯୋଜନା ଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଲାଭ କିପରି ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ମାନେ ପାଇପାରିବେ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ତଥା ଇନ୍ସେନଟିଭ ପାଇବାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିଛନ୍ତି ହେଲେ ଆୟୁଷ ସହାୟକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ନା ଟ୍ରେନିଂ ମିଳିଛି ନା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଇନ୍ସେନଟିଭ ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅଛି ଅନେକ ଜାଗାରେ ଆୟୁଷ ସହାୟକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏପରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ କରାଯାଉଛି ଯାହା କି ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିତିବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ।

ଆୟୁଷ ସହାୟକ ମାନେ ossc ର ପ��ୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇ ନିଜର ଜ୍ଞାନ ବଳରେ ଏ ଚାକିରୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି ହେଲେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟର କଥା ଆଜିବି ଆୟୁଷ ସହାୟକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଫିସ ଭିତରେ ଚାକର ପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରାଯାଉଛି । ଯାହାକି ଅଦ୍ୟାବଧି ବନ୍ଦ ହୋଇପାରିନାହିଁ ।
