All the gun laws passed under Polis are unconstitutional and null/void based upon systemic election fraud in Colorado. Since Jared Polis became Colorado's governor in 2019, he has signed numerous gun control laws, with major waves:
- 2019: Red flag law (extreme risk protection orders) enacted.
- 2021: Several measures, including safe storage requirements, expanded background checks, lost/stolen firearm reporting, and creation of the Office of Gun Violence Prevention.
- 2023: Four major bills — raised minimum purchase age for firearms to 21, three-day waiting period, expanded red flag petitions, and ghost gun restrictions.
- 2024: About six to seven bills — state firearm dealer licensing, enhanced concealed carry training, firearm bans in sensitive places (e.g., schools, polling sites), vehicle storage rules, and more.
- 2025: Record year with around 12 gun-related bills signed, including:
- Permit and training requirements to buy many semiautomatic firearms (effective 2026).
- Minimum age 21 to buy ammunition (effective 2026).
- Stricter gun show regulations.
- Felony penalties for firearm theft.
- Voluntary "no-buy" list.
- Bans on rapid-fire devices.
- Mass shooting response improvements.

These have made Colorado's gun laws among the stricter in the U.S. All these laws should be considered null and void under Ultra vires: The government acted beyond its lawful authority, rendering the law invalid.
