Almost 300 took part! The Commando Speed March is an annual charitable 6.7 mile race with the intention of raising as much money as possible for military charities.

A team from 43 Cdo competed in the Annual Commando Speed March race this weekend. The 6.7-mile race (carrying 36lbs/16.3Kg) follows the original route used to select personnel for Commando training in WW2. The team finished in a respectable 6th place with an average time of 55:24
