ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯಾವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೀಳಬಾರದು, ನಗರಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನೇ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು 3 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಎಐ ಕುರಿತ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆವು. ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. https://t.co/wzpAFNTfok in computer science ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಸಿಎ, ಬಿಐಟಿ, B.E.(CS), https://t.co/xojWt4ehsd.(CS) ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಷಯ ಪರಿಣಿತರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಬಲ್ಲರು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಬಲವಾದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್‌ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್‌ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಇರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜನತೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಎಂಟು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳ ಭರವಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು.

We are systematically transforming the government school system in phases to ensure that children studying in public institutions do not fall behind in any subject, and instead receive an education on par with prestigious urban schools. Our vision is to introduce foundational computer education from Class 1 and specialized AI courses from Class 3 across all Karnataka Public Schools (KPS).
