He explains that the Solidarity Movement submitted a Memorundum to Trump in February, 2025. In it, they want the USA to help them to establish a place in South Africa to resettle Afrikaners in a “concentrated manner.”

MAJOR BOMBSHELL DROPPED BY ADV TEMBEKA NGCUKAITOBI SC

Something that South Africa were not aware off and perhaps the biggest bombshell of the day at the Constitutional Court, according to Adv Tembeka Ngcukaitobi the high level review panel on Phala Phala "did not do what they were asked to do and the review panel disregarded their terms of reference" Basically did their own things. This is HUGE

The actual terms of reference have been found but the EFF objected for these to be submitted to court.
WHY DOES JULIUS MALEMA AND HIS EFF NOT WANT THE SLA FOR THE HIGH LEVEL REVIEW PANEL TO BE SUBMITTED TO COURT??
