Cause of death: Massive internal haemorrhage (internal bleeding) in the abdomen due to trauma/injury to internal organs.

Specific injuries noted: Ruptured spleen and injury to part of the bowel, leading to the internal bleeding.

More than 2 litres of blood found, along with multiple injuries involving the chest area through the abdominal area, and some injury to an ankle.
