Someone stole my friends binder at college park regionals, swiped it from him for a split second he looked away and ran. We don’t have a pic of him yet but its a simple black zfolio 3x3 binder with the top 3 of the first page being the 3 cards listed below.

He was pacing the Brainwash Games booth trying to buy cards people were selling to them. “Nasally voice guy, short, scrawny lots of acne and glasses.”

We want a pic of this guy so we can report him for theft. I’m assuming he isn’t a Maryland native so East Coast help out!
