I feel like no one talks about the physical symptoms of depression and anxiety. Like the lack of appetite or the insomnia that goes along with the emotion based symptoms. It creates this endless cycle that is so much harder to break than people who don’t deal with it realize.

We need to normalize access to science & consent-centered sex ed in schools. Starting with age appropriate discussions of the body in elementary schools...we have to get education started before misinformation has a chance to infiltrate!
