Becuase it would result in 20+ MILLION of 100% real actual American Citizens being unable to vote, due to the difficulties and obstacles providing the paperwork. Non citizens voting (less than 100 nationwide per Heritage Foundation) is almost as non existent as voter fraud, which is de facto non existent. (Less the 1,600 votes in 40 years). This makes you a liar and Doofus who just wants to keep women and Democrats from voting.
