@Hermesparcels @lovegardenbirds where is my parcel? You have apparently sent it out for delivery on Fri Sat Mon & Tues yet amazingly another Hermes driver (our usual amazing delivery man) managed to deliver a parcel today at 1st attempt. I am less than impressed - needed urgently

@Hermesparcels where is my delivery? You couldn’t be bothered to deliver it on Saturday (I was not out and there were lots of safe places to leave - your normal excuses) You then claimed you would deliver it “the next working day” well that’s today and I’m still waiting.....
