Restore First Amendment right to petition.

When the First Amendment was ratified, People petitioned by writs of error to get guaranteed access to the Supreme Court.

Today, the Supreme Court can reject petitions because Congress abolished writs of error in 1928.

That 1928 act goes against the First Amendment and is why petitioning the Supreme Court today feels like playing the lottery.

Sign the JotForm in the comment below, so that each Justice gets an email with your Notice, and that (by God's grace), the Supreme Court again takes writs of error.

This is how People are guaranteed access to the Supreme Court. It benefits all people, zero politics, and no "pet issues." It works for all of us.

Excerpt from the Declaration of Independence that proves our founders understood the importance of INDEPENDENT judges. They witnessed first hand the result of dependent judges.

Our forefathers understood independent judges were critical to the republic. In Great Britain judges were loyal to the King making it difficult to recieve a fair trial with an outcome that was fair to the people if their interests weredifferentfrom the king's. Our founders were diligent and precise to ensure the judges of our country were independent from the tribunal when our rights were being adjudicated. The primary duty of a judge is to protect our rights!!! If we are not receiving the due process of law guaranteed to us by the Constitution the judges responsibility is protect our rights when proper form is not being followed. Our judges are not currently operating that way. We are not receiving the due process of law in a court of record which is sanctioned by the maxims ans moves by the common law (not statutes) that the constitution guarantees us. Why are judges not protecting our rights, but instead part of a legislative tribunal that wars against the rights of the people? @RealDaveCares4u @JarrinJackson

Remember when Agencies were given deference? FOR EIGHTY YEARS? Remember when We the People demanded the Supreme Court tell the truth? And Justice Gorsuch said in Loper Bright vs Raimando, "Today, the Court places a tombstone on Chevron no one can miss. In doing so, the Court returns judges to interpretive rules that have guided federal courts since the Nation’s founding." Agencies have fake courts with fake judges.
