When my daughter saw my huge smile as I watched the news last night about the world's first pig heart transplant, she shook her head and said, 'Mum, you didn't perform the operation. You just wrote a book about one.'
Ah, nothing like kids to keep you grounded!! 😄
And to everyone saying “eating dogs is no worse than eating cows” I agree, except that these sadistic scumbags torture the dogs first, cut their legs off, skin & boil them alive for fun. Cunts.
There’s something just so inherently wrong about killing giraffes for fun. As @rickygervais says:
“Well done. You managed to shoot a stationery, 14 foot peaceful creature with a high velocity rifle. Very sporting.”

The great thing about watching the News is that you can end up thinking that the UK has done pretty bloody OK with this Covid thing. The PM is upbeat, so's Hancock. There is always good stuff coming up. C'mon, it's only a 100 thou plus who've gone. And a few people with probs.
Crying with joy at today’s news. For all those with a LD who’ve lost their lives & for those who thought they’d been forgotten. We DO care and we WILL protect you 💜
Well Done & thank you to @mencap_charity 💪😊❤️
Meghan announces she’s pregnant, it’s front page, we get think pieces. Matt Hancock, the country’s Public Health Secretary has been found to have been acting unlawful with the pandemic contracts and there’s no country wide outrage. A country with 120K COVID deaths. Just wow.
Hi all,
We have decided on a 5 year KS4 from September. Options will be chosen on Year 6 Transition Day. We will no longer offer hard subjects or the useless ones. Teachers of Art, Music, MFL and Drama will now be employed to write students’ PE BTEC coursework for them.
Thanks x
@gkbottomley@amymayforrester Art teacher in my school did better than that. Left for home and left the kiln on. Triggered the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Firemen and the head teacher called out ... 😂
