I’m paying closer attention to fees.

Because TVL tells you where capital is sitting.

Fees tell you whether people are actually using the product.

That’s why @datafdn recently caught my eye.

For months, one of the biggest criticisms of the network was low fee generation.

Now the data is starting to tell a different story.

According to DeFiLlama, DATA recently climbed into the top 20 chains by daily fees, generating around:

The growth is coming from Trace, where AI training data is being registered onchain through verifiable receipts.
