What I do have an issue with is her taking her oath of office for the school board which in and of itself is a pledge of allegiance. Rather contradictory in my opinion.

It doesn't sound as flashy as rolling out a new program but it would get a better return on your money

It is propagating an already proven ineffective policy. Teachers must be given a cash raise across the board for no other reason than the fact that their compensation is the lowest in the nation.

@MistyGrandel ALL teachers need and deserve raises. Yes, small town teachers are further behind numerically in pay but their cost of living is substantially lower than teachers in cities. Adjust those salaries for living expenses and then see who is underpaid. ALL teachers need raises.
