@LaurenMarieSm If you need your passport by Monday then you might have to go to your nearest Passport office to ask them link your documents with your application. I can't gaurantee that they will help but its worth to try. X

@LaurenMarieSm Have you got any proof of delivery? I emailed to complaint department but it took a few weeks that got a call from them. I also asked my MP for help. Still waiting at the moment.

Yesterday I recieved phone call from HM advisor & I told her the date I sent supporting docs & she said they will look at my application again as It isn't my fault. But no idea how long I have to wait.

@BondDeal @HM_Passport Someone called me this morning as I left my number for them to call back. A lady asked me when did I send documents which they asked for , So I told her those date and she said someone will look at my child application again as it isn't my fault.
