The new Appraisal system starts on the 1st of September. Your Appraiser will be sending your 12 targets on this date. You must agree to them and sign them before the end of school on the 2nd. Remember, all our targets are SMART: Savage, Mean And Really Tough.

Soh,yesterday evening my neighbours had a #takeawaydelivered and for a full hour the peace was appreciated, no children crying or shouting, no adults shouting at the children or shouting about the children. Isolation of is tough for all, but I’m grateful for #takeawaydeliveries🙏🏼
