I am really disappointed in this case. 
I would like you to give me a compensation or provide me atleast 3 pairs of customised chappals with the foot scan Id : AB3948

Hi @Shape_crunch team,

I have purchased several products from you with the foot scan Id: AB3948.

Similarly I had placed on order #Id:  23479 by providing the foot scan Id too. I paid the full amount with a 25% discount and the order was successfully placed.

And after waiting for 10 days and as I didn't get any updates on the order I tried calling the customer support only to know that the specific order is not possible to produce from your end itseems.If it is not possible then why to place the wrong information in the first place?

It is not allowing me to enter my number at the end to get OTP.
