I just walked into Walmart and A young girl probably no more than 20 asked me if I needed help.

Me: “Where is your physical media?”

Girl: “What’s physical media?”

And suddenly this 38 year old became 88.

Right now I’m crying in my car and I might not ever recover.

Need advice

The house we rent an apartment out of got sold.

Before our landlord sold it, she had us sign a new year lease to protect us.

But now the day after the new owner took possession, he says he wants to meet up and have us sign a new lease

Seems very “sus” as the kids say. I’m pretty darn sure our current lease he has to legally abide by.
That’s why we did it
So signing a new lease with him would legally negate the old lease I imagine and probably screw us over with protection out the window right?
