विषय: ग्राम इब्राहिमपुर (छौड़ाही, बेगूसराय) में दर्ज हुए फर्जी SC/ST केस एवं निष्पक्ष जांच के संबंध में प्रार्थना पत्र।

इस पत्र के माध्यम से मैं आपके संज्ञान में 23 अक्टूबर 2026 की रात्रि में हमारे गाँव में घटी एक घटना और उसके बाद ग्रामीणों पर दर्ज किए गए झूठे मुकदमे की सच्चाई लाना चाहता हूँ।

घटना का विवरण:
गत 23/10/2026 की रात लगभग 8:30 बजे हमारे गाँव इब्राहिमपुर में आपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के कुछ युवक 4 मोटरसाइकिलों पर सवार होकर आए थे। वे हथियार (पिस्तौल) से लैस थे और किसी पुराने विवाद को लेकर पूरे गाँव को गाली-गलौज दे रहे थे। जब गाँव के कुछ स्थानीय युवकों ने उन्हें रोकने और पकड़ने का प्रयास किया, तो वे अपनी गाड़ियाँ भगाने लगे। इसी भाग-दौड़ के दौरान एक युवक अपनी ही बाइक से अनियंत्रित होकर गिर गया, जिससे उसके सिर में चोट लग गई और खून बहने लगा।

ग्रामवासियों ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए उन्हें मौके पर ही रोका और उनकी 3 मोटरसाइकिलें स्थानीय पुलिस के हवाले कर दीं। वे सभी युवक अत्यधिक शराब के नशे में थे।

समस्या एवं अन्याय:
पुलिस द्वारा आपराधिक कृत्य और शराब के नशे में होने के बावजूद उन युवकों पर कार्रवाई करने के बजाय, उस बाइक से गिरे युवक द्वारा गाँव के 5 बेकसूर युवकों (जो भूमिहार ब्राह्मण समुदाय से हैं) पर फर्जी SC/ST Act एवं मारपीट का मुकदमा दर्ज करा दिया गया है।

मुख्य विचारणीय बिंदु:

वे असामाजिक तत्व रात के 8:30 बजे हथियार लेकर हमारे गाँव में किस नीयत से आए थे?

किसी भी ग्रामीण ने उनके साथ मारपीट नहीं की, वह युवक स्वयं बाइक से गिरकर चोटिल हुआ था।

प्रार्थना:
भैया, हमारे गाँव के बेकसूर युवकों को साजिश के तहत झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाया जा रहा है। इस समय केवल आप ही हमारी मदद कर सकते हैं। आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप कर निष्पक्ष जांच करवाने में हमारी सहायता करें। यदि संभव हो तो आपसे 2 मिनट बात करने का अवसर प्रदान करें ताकि हम अपनी पूरी बात आपके समक्ष रख सकें।

छ साल के बच्चों का तो और भी कम होता है…

दो वैश्विक संस्थान है… Mensa और Intertel…

ये दोनों संस्थान दुनिया भर के हाई IQ वाले बच्चों को अपने संस्थान का सदस्य बनाती है…

अर्जुन को इन दोनों संस्थाओं ने अपना मेम्बर बनाया है..

कनाडा में हर साल बच्चों का IQ जानने के लिए एक एग्ज़ाम होता है…

अर्जुन ने पहली बार चार साल की उम्र मे इस एग्ज़ाम में भाग लिया था…

उसमें कुल 1000 बच्चे थे…

अर्जुन का IQ 997 बच्चों से ज़्यादा था…

दूसरी बार पाँच साल की उम्र में अर्जुन ने फिर से भाग लिया…

इस बार 10,000 बच्चों को शामिल किया गया था…

अर्जुन का IQ 9999 बच्चों से ज़्यादा था…

मतलब सबसे highest…!!!

अर्जुन के उदाहरण से आप समझ सकते हो… बच्चों के लिए मोबाइल और इंटरनेट पर Regulation कितना ज़रूरी है…!!!

BJP govts in 6 states are using the might of the State to anyhow breach the 50% reservation ceiling limt.
BJP has launched a frontal attack on GCs through it's state power.

If BJP wins even one of the above cases, they will use to justify over 70% reservation everywhere.
But General Category will have to win all the 6 cases to ensure that reservation is kept within 50% limt and GC children & youth are left with some minimum rights to livelihood.

Only a few General Category individuals & organizations are fighting it out in the courts against BJP's battery of lawyers.

Following are the important cases and the date of hearing:

72% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗿𝗮 - Next hearing in Bombay High Court on 23.10.2026

91% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 4 𝗨𝗣 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀 - Next hearing in Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on 26.10.2026. In this case, despite the HC order on 16.09.2026 to implement only 50% quota, UP state govt has not issued any notification. They are still arguing in the courts for 91% quota.

64% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻: Next hearing in Jodhpur High Court on 28.10.2026

68% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗵: Next hearing in Supreme Court on 04.12.2026

*73% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗣:* The BJP govt of MP has filed a SLP challenging the MP High Court judgement that declared 73% quota as unconstitutional. The case is expected to be listed in the last week of October

75% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗿: The BJP-JDU govt has filed SLP challenging the patna High Court judgement that declared 75% quota as unconstitutional. The next date of hearing is not decided.

There is only one difference between Rahul Gandhi & BJP:
-Rahul Gandhi's view is that there is a constitutional limit of 50% in reservation & hence consitution need to be amended to cross 50%.
-While BJP is of the view that there is no 50% limit to reservation even today & hence reservation can reach 75% or more even today. This is the argument that BJP is making in all the cases in the High Courts & Supreme Court through it's top notch battery of lawyers.

Only request to GCs of UP, Uttarakhand, Punjab & everywhere is-
Don't go by the empty political speeches & be a bonded labour to BJP or any other party.
If you can't directly fight cases, please question BJP leaders, karyakartas, ministers when they come for your votes.
Please make your friends and relatives resign from party positions even though the position may be minor.
