@ThatEricAlper It's because an expired ID could be used by someone who might look similar if they were to get their hands on it, and the real owner of the ID would be none the wiser that their ID was being used

It's if you DONT use PPTO for over 3 days that you have to file with Sedgewick for an LOA and that is where you take the doctor's note. Walmart doesn't accept doctor's notes directly. It's all 3rd party.
