@thetrainline hi my Hull train was cancelled yesterday along with every other train to london. Both your app and the hull trains website are helpfully telling me I can't refund this ticket for a train journey that didnt happen. Can i talk to a human please?

@thetrainline It was scanned on the first leg, but then my train to london had to turn back because of the death on the tracks yesterday and then no trains to london were running all night. so I had to return to the start of my journey up north. 7 hours of traveling to get nowhere.
