Forbes has ranked the Sierra Leone Olympic uniform designed by Labrum among its “10 Of The Most Stylish Uniforms From The Paris Games”.

It is ranked fifth above France, Great Britain, The Netherlands, and Australia.

Only the USA, China, Mongolia, Canada, and Haiti are ranked above Sierra Leone.

The kit was designed and produced by Adidas in collaboration with the London-based fashion label Labrum, which is owned by a Sierra Leonean named Foday Dumbuya.

The collection features elements that pay homage to Sierra Leone’s cultural heritage, including windbreakers adorned with a distinctive white and blue print inspired by cowrie shells.

Sierra Leonean designer and founder of LABRUM, Foday Dumbuya designed the 2024/2025 Arsenal away kit.

Foday was born in Sierra Leone, spent his formative years in Cyprus and moved to London when he was 12.

He is the founder and creative director of fashion house Labrum London.

In May 2023, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design.

The King of presented Dumbuya with the award at an event in London.

Bukayo Saka, Idris Elba, Ian Wright, Doctor Who actor Ncuti Gatwa, and singer Ella Eyre have all been seen in Labrum’s designs.
