@haider1 He got what he wanted. His push wasn't actually for safety, it's called regulatory capture. It makes it easier to dominate the industry and block the little guys out.
Is this what passes for “inside information” these days?

This completely disproves your statement. “Never do it.” “They thought through the consequences.”
Is this what X has become? Sensationalizing, making bad-faith statements, and doing no due diligence? Society seems to use less critical thinking these days. So much context rot. But I guess, as long as it gets monetized...
@TheGoldenDays I loved Vista. People were just disappointed that it wasn't as iterative of an improvement as XP was. They expected it to be substantially different architecture wise. The aero glass design still influences my work today. Even Apple brought it back.
@ReadySetBrian@m13v_@bcherny Haven't had a chance to check out the new prompt. But if so, what's sad is this isn't the first time 🤦 I even took the time to take a meeting with an Ant telling them how much and how the long conversation reminder hurt the model's performance.
@TheTurnProject@constantout Same here. They upped the time out for streaming API calls so people don't see when the servers have issues as much. My sessions have done a fifth of the work for the same usage.
Also strange that all of this kind of started when they did the 2X peak "promo".
@textangel I noticed this as well, I wish this was more of a default norm. Would totally be happy with my feed having more of that style of content. I haven't been in a few years, I'm glad the mentality is staying strong.
