... Now Sheffield away tomorrow.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Great performance today v Sutton with 6 players down due to bans and injury. All played well, and good home debuts from Keira and Saskia.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

... With MoM going to (newly returned from Aus) Josh Hartsorn.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Cov away today. Good start from the guys, then a dodgy spell, but strong finish to end up 3-3 and first point on the board for a while

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Well done to all the guys for the 9-3 victory over Billingham. Next up Telford away.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Well, that was "interesting". The record will show a heavy loss, but the team played superbly for most of the match in a testing environment

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

40 minutes to face off match day 4, and the small matter of Bradford away.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

...and well done @Man_Phoenix_U14 clocking up their first win of the season in fine style.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Tough, eventful, ultimately frustrating game ends in 3-10 loss to Nottm. Still much to build on. Next up Bradford #SoThatShouldBeEasyThen

Game day and face off against Nottingham in half an hour. Let's get the show in the road.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Great work from our NMs, strong defence and goals to finish it off from @conorhoward5 (1), @tomblack_99 Tom (2) and MVP Levi Racz (hatrick)

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

And the scores are in ...Phoenix 6 Coventry 2. What can I say, awesome performance all round.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

It's Match Day 2 which means Coventry at home. Face Off 6:15. Bring it on. and good luck @man_phoenix_u14 who play before us

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Not mentioning any names though. *cough* Twins *cough*

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

Great performance from the lads against a strong Nottm team. 0-6 when 2 of your players forget their helmets is a good result.

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

The season starts here...first match at Nottingham tomorrow. Good luck to the 2nd year old timers, 1st year new recruits and U14s playing up

[Manc Phoenix U16s @Man_Phoenix_U16]

New season, new squad and the fixtures are out...
